Words of Belittling

You speak belittling words laced with subtle enchantments towards one creature in attempt to damage its self confidence. If the target can hear you (though it need not understand you),  it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or suffer from -1d6 to each of its attack roll, save roll and skill check roll for duration of 1 minute.  A creature with an Intelligence score of 4 or less isn’t affected.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, you can target one additional creature for each slot level above 5th.
