Wrath of The Gods

By uttering certain verbal words, you pull down thunder, rain, and lightning from the sky itself to strike a target you can see for a duration of one minute. The target for each strike must succeed on a dc 14 dexterity saving throw, or take three d'4s of damage due to the lightning striking them. As a bonus to this, if the target fails their save, the caster can 'pulse' the lightning, adding an extra d'4 to the damage, as well as stunning the target.
