Blue Steel

You suck in your cheeks, pout your lips, and strike a pose looking directly at an enemy of your choosing. By striking such a powerful pose so rarely seen in the mortal realms, any creature caught in your gaze is stunned from the sheer power of Zoolander that eminates from your cheekbones.

If the target has 150 hit points or fewer, it is stunned. Otherwise, the spell has no effect.

Upon a successful execution of Blue Steel, you can swap your Intelligence and Charisma modifiers (to the benefit of CHA) to assist in further Zoolander-esque endeavours.

The stunned target must make a Constitution saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, this stunning effect ends.
