Blaze's Enhance Spell

You focus on someone casting a spell and enhance it, changing the current cast into one level higher. If the spell is scaled by level or character then it simply chooses the next tier up.

At Higher Level. When you cast this spell using a 6th level spell slot it increases the target spell by two levels. If the spell is scaled by level or character then it simply chooses the second tier up.
