You roll your eyes upward or around in a circle as an expression of annoyance, impatience, or disdain at a creature you can see. The non-verbal communication is laced with subtle enchantments.

If the target can see you (though it need not understand your non-verbal communication), it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage and have disadvantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of its next turn. If you are within the target's near-peripheral vision, the target has disadvantage on the Wisdom saving throw.

For humanoids with two eyes, the field of vision that encompasses near-peripheral vision corresponds with a 60-degree cone centered at the two eyes. The field of vision corresponds with a 180-degree cone centered at the two eyes.

This spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
