By some means, you managed to learn the magic circle of the Ancient God Script (Deal). whether that be through a magic item that has the spell inscribed on it or from a Spellbook or shire force of will.
You spend a minute concentrating on the idea of forming a binding contract with one creature within line of sight. If your concentration is broken The spell fails and the spell slot used is lost. In addition, the creature must give verbal consent before casting. After the full minute of setting the terms with the target creature(The terms of the contract can be as vague or as detailed as the caster wishes.), you cast Ancient God Script (Deal). A 10-foot magic circle immediately appears under the creature crackling with the energy of your magic. the Deal is set and all the terms of the Deal become reality. Any and all attempts to break or deviate from the terms of the contract the creature suffers from a random curse that lasts until the contract is fulfilled. (Note: any creature able to cast Ancient God Script spells of 5th LVL or higher are immune to the effect of this spell.)
Alternatively, you can enchant an item with this circle. Doing this allows the enchanter to apply the main effect (Deal) to the wearer or wielder of the item. Another benefit of enchanting is the ability to modify the Spell Potency, Spell Activation, Circle Size, and Spell Duration parameters with Modifier Circles.
