Command Word Stay

To cast this spell you must yell "Stay" as if commanding the target(s).

Once the spell has been cast, any desired target in your line of sight freezes in place as if time has stopped. If an action is taken against one of the affected targets, the spell stops affecting them. If a target is mid-air when the spell is used, they will freeze mid-air, keeping their momentum from before the spell until the effect has subsided. This spell has no limit to how many targets can be affected at once, but they must remain in your sight at all times and you must also stay still.
