You point the palm of your hand forward and you channel your vampiric powers as blood begins to shoot from your hand to your target paying 3 hit points to cast, instead of using a spell slot as you level up the cost increases by 1 every level, these hit points cannot be temporary, when you do the blood begins to absorb the creatures life force dealing 1d4 necrotic damage plus your spellcasting modifier and healing you for half of the damage dealt, you must be either a vampire a dhampir or a litch or to cast this spell if you attempt to cast it and you do not me the specifications you will faint for 10 minutes, the creature you target must make a constitution saving throw of 14 or higher if it succeeds it takes half damage you also don't add your modifier and you gain no hit points back. 

This Spells damage Increases to by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).

 If you use spell slots to cast this ability for each slot above first level add 1d4 damage.
