A shimmering, transparent wall of force springs into existence at a point you choose within range. The wall appears in any orientation you choose, as a horizontal or vertical barrier or at an angle. It can be free floating or resting on a solid surface. You can form it into a hemispherical dome or a sphere with a radius of up to 10 feet, or you can shape a flat surface composed of up of ten 10-foot-by-10-foot panels. Each panel must be contiguous with another panel. In any form, the wall is 1/4 inch thick. It lasts for the duration. If the wall cuts through a creature's space when it appears, the creature is pushed to one side of the wall (your choice which side).
Nothing can physically pass through the wall, and it also extends into the Ethereal Plane, blocking ethereal travel through the wall. The wall is a magical object made of force that can be damaged and thus destroyed. The wall has AC 18 and 100 hit points, resistance to damage from nonmagical attacks, and immunity to poison and psychic damage. If the wall is reduced to 0 hit points, it disappears and the spell ends. A disintegrate spell destroys the wall instantly.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the wall appears with 20 extra hit points for each slot level above 5th.

Posted Apr 22, 2021Reviser's note: By RAW, this spell is hella anti-fun. For players and DM's. No save, no check, just cheese. Combo into sickening radiance, insect plague, or just some readied actions and this is an automatic "delete monster/ player character" button. Nobody likes spells that automatically stop the action for 10 minutes. Now the spell can be actually be countered by something other than 1 niche spell, but it remains useful for walling off some mooks from the big bad, making a bridge, or putting a barrier between you and the barbarian who's sick of you fireballing his ass <3
