You point at one creature you can see within range, and the image and sound of wind chimes appear 5 feet away from the target, in a space of your choosing. The target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or take 1d4 psychic damage and it must use it's reaction to immediately move into the space with the chimes to stop the ringing. The target will not move into a space that would cause it immediate harm. Starting at 17th level this restriction is removed.
The spell’s damage increases by one die when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
