Arcane Seal

You channel immensely powerful abjuration magic and target a creature within range, unleashing a ray of magic negating energy. The target must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target cannot cast any spells or maintain concentration on any spells it has already cast. It also cannot use any magical items it possesses. The effects of the spell lasts for 8 hours, and can only be removed early via the Wish spell or the Greater Restoration spell.
