On a roll of 1-5, you are erased from existence. On a 6-10, the spell does the opposite of what you wished for. On a roll of 11-95, nothing happens. On 96-99, this spell responds as the Wish spell, but manifesting through apparent chance rather than world-shattering changes. If you roll a 100, every player must create a new character sheet, as the campaign's primary goal is completed and there is no longer a point to running it. Sorry.
