Burning rain

You create a shower of rain in a 30ft straight line within sight.

The curtain of rain creates disadvantage for ranged attacks through it.

The rain is also boiling, any creature starting in the rain or moving through it takes 2d4+spell mod of fire/water damage.

At higher levels you can create one addition wall per level.
