Aspect of Envy

You imbue a creature with dark power. Choose a willing creature within range. The creature's attacks deals an additional 1d6 necrotic damage to all creatures with more hit points than them and the first creature regains hit points equal to the necrotic damage done. This comes with a cost; they reduce any damage they deal to creatures with less hit points than them by 1d6 rather than adding 1d6 necrotic damage. If the creature is under the effects of an Aspect of Pride spell, bonus damage increases to 1d8 and the damage reduction reduces to 1d4.
