Bizquack's Snot Bubble

Choose a 5ft. area in range. You create a floating bubble of acid that fills the area, and begins to slowly drift away. At the beginning of each turn it drifts 15ft. until the bubble touches a target or is popped by an attack. Any creature within 10ft. of the bubble when it pops must succeed a DEX saving throw taking 3d6 acid damage on a fail or half damage on a success. 

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a 2nd level spell slot or higher, you can summon an additional bubble that deals 1d6 acid damage for each spell slot above 1st. You can choose the direction each bubble floats.
