Aerate

You instantaneously aerate up to 1 cubic foot of nonliving liquid that you can see within range. You may cause the liquid to form into simple shapes or animate at your direction as it flows from from one container into another. This movement produces a distinctive gurgling sound and doesn’t have enough force to cause damage.
