Corrupt Food and Drink

All nonmagical food and drink within a 5-foot-radius sphere centered on a point of your choice within range is corrupted and rendered poisoned or diseased, depending on materials used.

No Materials (focus or component pouch): The food and drink targeted by the spell are made foul, requiring a Constitution saving throw or become poisoned. When poisoned in this manner, it lasts for one hour.

A vial of poison: The food and drink targeted by the spell are poisoned with the type of poison that was used. The poison is consumed in the casting of the spell, though you keep the vial. The poison takes no effect unless the poison is an ingested or contact poison. 

An infected object or creature: The disease spreads to the food and drink targeted by the spell. Any who consume the food and drink become infected with the disease on the object. It starts as the same stage on the object creature. The object or creature remains diseased and is not consumed.
