Bane of Perniciosa

Bane's an opponent. Only used with Perniciosa. This causes one of four outcomes (Roll a d4 to determine outcome). 

Outcome 1 : Opponent loses half of their MAX Hit Points (ie. Opponent is at 32 HP but has a max of 60 HP, they are now at 2 HP)

Outcome 2 : Opponents' stats drop by half (ie. DEX is 14, now DEX is 7)

Outcome 3 : Opponent becomes confused and can't attack

Outcome 4: Opponent is now friendly and is an ally
