Using a Higher-Level Spell Slot. Your Concentration can last longer with a spell slot of level 6 (up to 1 hour), level 7 (up to 8 hours), level 8 (up to 24 hours). If you use a 9th level spell slot, the spell lasts as long as you concentrate.

Traits

Amorphous. Your new form is boneless and fluid, enabling you to move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. While amorphous, you can't benefit from any equipment, including magic items. 

Oozy.
You can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check, and you can remain submerged without breathing. You can't wield weapons or manipulate objects with any precision. You can't talk, unless you have telepathic abilities, and you can't cast spells that require Verbal, Somatic, or Material components. You can still concentrate on an existing spell when you transform.

Stealthy.  You have Advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks.

Partial Immutability. You have Advantage on saving throws against the Polymorph spell and other effects that physically alter your form.

Dual Type. You are considered both an Ooze and a Humanoid for the purpose of spells and features that affect these creature types.

Actions (choose one)

Disengage, Dodge, or Hide

Multiattack. You make a number of Pseudopod attacks equal to half this spell’s level (round down, i.e. two attacks at level 5). 

Pseudopod. Melee Attack Roll: Bonus equals your spell attack modifier, reach 5 ft. (or 10 ft. if level 6+ spell slot). Hit 9 (2d6 + 2) Bludgeoning damage, plus the spell's level in Acid damage.

Bonus Action

Oozy Escape. You end the Grappled or Restrained condition and move to an adjacent unoccupied space by using 5 feet of movement. If you take the Multiattack Pseudopod action, this replaces one of the Pseudopod attacks.

Revert to Normal Form. Ends the spell. If your are in a space too small to fit into when the spell ends, you are shunted to the nearest unoccupied space and you take 2d6 Force damage.
