Arcane Channeling

From your extensive practice of magic you have learned to absorb the arcane energy within the world around you. Upon casting Arcane Channelling you enter a meditative state, floating  2 feet in the air and with a speed of 0. Meditation can be maintained for 1 minute up to the full duration of an hour. For every minute you meditate you generate 1 + your spellcasting modifier in spell levels that you can use to regain slots. When you finish meditating, you can spend the spell levels to regain expended spell slots. Spell levels not used are lost.  Example: A wizard with a Int of 16; 1 minute generates 1+3 spell levels.  This spell's level regen increases by 2 when you reach 5th level (3+spellcasting mod), 11th level (5+spellcasting mod), and 17th level (7+spellcasting mod).
