Your body becomes enveloped in cold, soothing waters. To those around you, you are completely encased in a amorphous ball of water, but you are able to breathe and see completely fine. This cold water confers upon you the following benefits:

  • You immune to fire and cold damage.
  • You gain a swimming speed of 30 ft. and a flying speed of 30 ft. as a small typhoon propels you in any direction of your choosing. You cannot hover with this speed unless if you could fly already.
  • You can breathe underwater.
  • As an action, you can target any creature within 30 ft. that you can see that is one size larger than you or smaller. That creature must succeed a Strength saving throw against your spell save DC or be enveloped in a globe of water originating from your body. The creature is considered grappled (escape DC equal to your spell save DC), restrained, and drowning if the creature cannot breathe in water. You can grapple one larger creature or two equally-sized and smaller sized creatures in this way. At the start of your turns, the targets grappled by this ability take 27 (4d8 + 8) bludgeoning damage if they cannot breathe. Creatures within 5 ft. of the grappled creature can attempt to pull the creature out by taking an action to make a Strength check against your spell save DC and succeeding.
  • You can cast wall of water at will. You do not need to maintain concentration on this spell.
