Cloak of Flames

Flames wreathe your body in magical fire, shedding bright light in a30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet and dealing 1d8 damage to any adjacent creature.  It does not ignite flammable materials or affect inanimate items unless the wizard specifically wills it to do so (using a bonus action).

At higher levels: For each  level over 3rd the caster can extend the duration by 1 minute and increase the damage by an additional 1d8 fire damage (to a maximum of 10d8).
