Wet Gateway

You touch a body of water the entirety of which you can see (it can be anything from a lake to a glass of water) & you can link it to a different body of water in any plane which you have seen, although if it is in another plane there is a 5% chance of failure (a one on a d20) of the spell not working & instead linking to the elemental plane of water, only the caster & wizards who succeed an investigation roll know when the spell has failed. After casting all objects submerged in the body of water are transported to the other body of water it has been linked to but the water reverts to normal after 20 minutes, or after the caster themself is submerged.
