Upon casting this Spell the Target must suceed a Dex Save or get sucked into a Portal wich leads to the Coldest place you've ever been to. The Spell will be fired from your Hands and will travel very Fast. It looks like a small extremely White Cloud Ball. If it hits it creates a Big One-Way-Portal wich is outlined by Clouds, It creates a Vacuum in the Destination to suck the Target into the Portal.
