Blighting fear

You create a dark cloud of smoke called Blight. It make the target hallucinate and thinking that he is being attack by any creature, monster, or person the caster chooses. Target need to make a DC Save of 17 Charisma. 3d8 plus ability modifier plus one extra dice on Character level.  On a save target takes Half damage. On a fail target Takes triple the damage if near allies. If the caster fails on a hit the intended target get hit with 1d4 plus ability modifier.
