When this spell is cast the targets money and wealth spring fourth from their pockets and transform into metallic wires which then wrap around the target, any target which naturally carries no wealth or coinage is unaffected. The Target must make a Strength Save or be restrained. The target may reattempt this save at the end of each of their turns. The targets wealth effects the spell in the following way:

If a target is effected by this spell money or other wealth they carry is turned into metallic wire. Subtract 2d12 worth of gold from them, if they fail and have no gold any other metalic valuables will be used.
