Casting this spell for the first time will place a anchor in a room or area no bigger then a 50 ft. square. The room or area around the anchor is memorized by the spell upon casting. This anchor lasts until a new anchor is set.

  Later castings of this spell can summon exact copies of all furniture and items of the anchored area at the time of the original casting. It does not copy over living beings or magical effects. Any changes made to the copy do not affect the original or any future copies. The spell can be recast in the area to reset the duration back to 3 days. Once the spell ends all copied furniture and items disappear. Recasting the spell again would cause the same copy of the original anchor to appear.
