Wail of Memories

A mournful wail unleashes from your mouth assaulting the minds of up to ten creatures of your choice within a 30-ft radius from you, with traumatic memories created or experienced by the caster. Each target must make a Wisdom saving. On a failed save, a target takes 7d6 psychic damage and is frightened. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn’t frightened. A frightened target can make a Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the frightened effect ends.

 At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 4th.
