Paper fibres extrude and twirl from the caster's hand. The fibers eventually warble into a 9 by 11.5 inch paper with a slightly green marble background printed on it. On top of that is a 10pt black border, inset 15 pts from the edge, on the center of the paper is written, in any language, "Certificate of Having a Bad Day," with the caster's signature, addressed to the full name of a target creature.
The caster can then give this paper to the same creature, the creature must make a CHA save. On a failure, the creature's skin deteriorates and melts as it takes 6d4 necrotic damage. On a success, all damage is negated as you and the creature stand next to each other awkwardly like something cool was going to happen.
Let it all out, buddy.
