Weapon Portal

The user creates a small portal on a flat surface or the palm of their hand and stabs it with a weapon, the section of the weapon that entered the portal exits another portal near an enemy that the user can see from a max of 40 feet away. The target must make a dexterity saving throw or a melee attack that corresponds to the material component used will occur on a failed save, but only the user can attack with this spell. When the melee attack occurs, the weapon is considered as a magical item, but has no effect. Additionally, you do make an attack like a regular melee attack, where you roll to hit, then roll for damage.
