You introduce a creature that you can see within range to a world of tragedy. The target must make a Charisma saving throw. On a successful save the next damage the creature takes is also dealt to all other creatures within 15ft. On a failed save for the next 12 hours any creature within 15ft of the target is subject to all damage, diseases, curses, and negative conditions (except charmed) effecting the target.

If multiple creatures in any 15ft area are affected by Wound Reflection all but the oldest instance is suppressed, until the distance between those creatures is greater than 15ft.

The effect of the spell can only be ended early by Break Curse, or Greater Restoration.
