By spending time to find the weakest points in an object's structure, you attempt to destroy it. Choose a Medium or smaller object within range. That object is destroyed if it is nonmagical. The manner of its destruction is up to your DM. If you choose a magical object, that object takes 4d10 thunder damage if it is not an artifact. If you chose an artifact, make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, you take 4d10 force damage and are pushed back 20 feet. On a successful save, you take half as much damage and aren't pushed.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage dealt to a magic item increases by 1d10 for each slot level above 1st.
