The Frozen winds of the north flow around you causing whirling ice and frost to emanate from yourself in a 30 foot radius for the duration. When you cast this spell, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by the chilling winds.  

When a creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 10d8 cold damage or half as much on a successful save. A creature killed by this spell is frozen solid, leaving behind no trace of its original body.
