You must unlock the door with the silver key component and use doorknob component this door's entry mechanism. The room is 50 cubic feet (5 feet by 5 feet by 10 feet) in dimension and can store any nonliving material.
While the door remains on the Material Plane, you can use an action and the key spell component to (un)lock the door. Objects within this space do not age, wither, rot, or tarnish.
Living creatures can enter this space only while it is on the Material Plane and the door is open and unlocked. If the door closes, any living being within automatically appears in front of the entrance on the Material Plane. You can use an action to end the spell and seal the entrance to this space.
