During the casting of this spell, you set out your empty inkwell and place the gold pieces around it. As you hover your hand over each of the gold pieces they slowly vanish, with each of that vanishes the inkwell fills with magical ink. You choose the type of ink during the casting:
Arcane Ink: This ink is highly sought after by arcane practitioners. Mainly used for spell copying, or producing spell scrolls. You can choose to have it change colours, give of dim light, a faint smell, or slightly move around.
Invisible Ink: During the casting for this type of ink, you designate a number of creatures, up to your spell modifier. When you use this it is invisible to all but you and the designated creatures. A creature can use an Investigation or Insight check to against the casters spell DC. On a success the ink becomes visible to them. Any surface with this ink on it gives a faint aura of Illusion magic when targeted with a Detect Magic spell. When the inkwell runs out or is changed to a different ink. All previous uses of this ink become visible.
You can only have one inkwell active at a time with one option for this inkwell active at one time.
