Tapping into the stored knowledge of previous generations of spellcasters, you focus on a creature you can see within range, and learn one of the following about that creature:
- Its damage and condition Resistances;
- Its damage and condition Vulnerabilities;
- Its damage and condition Immunities; or
- The Saving Throws and Skills with which that creature has proficiency (but not the value*).
Once you cast this spell on a creature, you can cast it again on the same creature as a bonus action.
*For example, this spell cast on an Adult Black Dragon would show that the dragon has proficiency with Dexterity Saving Throws, but not that the modifier is +7.
