Arcane words can be spoken to create a linguistical conduit of floating letters that is channelled through a writing stylus as an arcane medium and onto a writing medium or into the mind of the caster

Copies text from one writing medium to another in the same language.

At level 3, Copies spoken words or thoughts of a creature onto a writing medium in the same language.

At level 4, Imprints the collected information into the casters memory, the information can be recalled as spoken words as as text, by succeeding a intelligence check of 12, the information is lost on a critical fail.

At level 5, Can change the language of the information into a different one of the casters choice, or defaults to common, if they understand the language enough to understand it.

At level 6, Can translate the spoken words of a creature into a another language instantaneously, as speech or in their memory.

At level 7, Doesn't require a writing stylus to copy, but takes 10 minutes to cast without a writing stylus as an arcane medium.
