Water Razor

A ring of water starts flowing around the user. At his command, the ring transforms into razor-sharp water blades, that slash everyone in a 15 feet cube, forcing them to make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3d4 slashing damage. On a successful save, the creature takes no damage.

Water Razor can only hurt those within 15 feet cube centered on caster, after reaching that distance the water becomes harmless and will splash on everything within a 30 foot radius.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d4 for each slot level above 1st. Starting at spell slot of 3rd level, the range increases and the water razor can slash everyone in a 30 feet cube.
