When cast the casters mouth opens incredibly wide momentarily distorting the casters face. Then a living Swarm of snakes are vomited forth from the caster's mouth. They do not choke and will not harm the caster in anyway. Until the spell expires, they serve the caster, fighting to the death, (See Swarm of Poisonous Snakes Basic Rules , pg. 155). The creatures are allies to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares the casters initiative and takes its turn immediately after yours. The swarm obeys your verbal commands or mental if you have the Telepathy Feat so no action is required by you to control them. If you don’t issue any commands it takes the dodge action action and uses its move to avoid danger.
If a creature is within 20 feet, the caster can vomit the swarm directly on the creature giving the swarm Advantage on it's fist attack if the creature fails a dexterity skill check.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the hit die and the attack damage for the swarm increases by 1d6 while the damage for poison increases by 2d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
Once the spell duration is over the swarm separates and the snakes slither away vanishing.
