Conjure a magical brush-whip that you may attack one creature you can see. Target suffers 1d8 elemental damage type selectable by the caster, and targets must succeed a Dex save or be painted and suffer the elemental damage every turn until they wipe it off as an action.

This spell’s damage increases by 1d8 when you reach 5th level (2d8), 11th level (3d8), and 17th level (4d8).
