Banshee's Wail

You let loose a mournful scream that attempts to rip the souls from the bodies of those who hear it. Each creature in a 30ft. cone must make a constitution saving throw. A creature takes 4d6 psychic damage, half as much on a success. 

At higher levels:  6d6 at 5th lvl, 6d8 at 6th lvl, 6d10 at 7th lvl, 7d12 at 8th and 9th lvl. Creatures who fail the save by 10 or more when cast at 9th lvl instantly drop to 0 hitpoints.
