You touch an enemy with the most disgusting spectral anchovy sandwich known to man. Your enemy must make a Con saving throw or take 3d4 psychic damage. In addition your enemy alerts everything within a one mile circle originating from the victim of your nasty rotten anchovy sandwich of its presence for 2d6 days.

At 5th level this spell creates a stink cloud around the victim. This stink cloud causes their hit point maximum to be reduced by 1d4 hit points for 1d10 days. At 11th level this stink cloud reduces your enemy's hit point maximum by 1d6, and at 17th level it reduces the hit point maximum of your victim by 1d10 hit points.
