Webline

You create a strand of strong, gossamer thread that springs from your hand and adheres to one creature of your choice that you can see within range. The target then can be pulled in a straight line towards you up to 30 feet. If the target is unwilling, they must succeed on a Strength saving throw versus your spellcaster DC or be pulled involuntarily.

This spell can be used as a reaction when a target is fleeing or falling. If a fleeing target uses the Disengage action, they do not provoke this reaction.

Alternatively, if the caster is falling, the webline can be cast as a reaction at a fixed object, such as a tall building, pulling the caster towards it up to 30 feet, as though with a grappling gun.

The webline dissolves after 1 hour.

The webline is flammable. Any webline exposed to flame will burn away in one round, dealing 1d4 fire damage to any creature that starts its turn in contact with the webline.
