Barakus Alquera's Brilliant Presence

Good day chaps! Barakus Alquera here, I finally managed to condense my glorious presence into an arcane form! Now for 1 action you can illuminate your presence, all targets you can see within 30ft of you must succeed on a charisma saving throw. On a failed save, the creature becomes charmed for the duration. While charmed by this spell, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0. On a successful save they are immune to your presence for the duration!

Attacking a creature under this effect will let them break free but not make them immune to the effect and they will need to make another saving throw at the end of their next turn! (If they remain within the radius of course)
