Warding Circle

This spell creates a magic ring that can only be moved through in any way with a key stone that generates within the barrier when this spell is cast. If the key stone is destroyed, another one generates just outside the spell barrier. You touch a point and a magical ring with a 20 ft diameter appears.  Anyone who is waiting the radius of the spell when the spell is cast remains within the barrier. If a creature is on the border of the circle, they take 2d6 force damage and are forced outside the barrier. A key stone, when it is held by any one creature, can move any creatures that are touching the creature through the spell barrier. You can also bring people through the spell barrier and exit and enter it without a keystone. This spell also generates purple runes that mean protect and shield me, and can be read by any wizard, warlock, or sorcerer instantly and by any other caster with a d10 arcana check. All non-magical weapons bounce off this shield, doing no damage, unless the original caster or someone holding a keystone decides to let the weapon through. Magical weapons have to score a critical hit to penetrate the barrier. This shield cannot be penetrated by any spell lower than 3rd level, and any spell that is 3rd level or higher has to succeed on an arcana check against your spell save DC. On a success, the spell breaches, and on a fail the spell hits the barrier and disintegrates. This spell can be anchored to an item, but if the item moves more than 10 feet away from where it was originally cast, the spell will end. Casting this spell in the same spot every 5 days for a year will make this spell permanent. As an action, you can choose to end this spell. Planar travel and teleportation are blocked by the barrier. The spell also ends after 5 days, or when 3 dispel magic spells are cast on it at the same time. Wish can also destroy the barrier, and no other spells or attacks of any form can.
