Web Bolt

Releases a short string of sticky web toward a creature within range. Make a ranged spell attack against the target. On a hit, it takes 1d4 force damage and is glued to whatever it was standing next untill a Strength check vs DC 12 is rolled or the web is burnt away or cut.

The spell's damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 10th level (3d4), 15th level (4d4) and 20th level (5d4).
