You cause an ephemeral door to appear nearby, and designate up to ten creatures that can enter. The door can be made invisible with a bonus action. The door cannot be invisible when open. Dangerous gasses and water cannot pass through the doorway.

Beyond the door is an humble cottage, with a simple garden, surrounded by an impenetrable wood of trees high enough to obscure the horizon. The atmosphere is clean, fresh, and warm, and sounds of a late spring morning always fill the air outside with birdsong.

You can create any floor plan you like, but the space can't exceed 5 cubes, each cube being 10 feet on each side. The place is furnished and decorated with tavern or peasant rustic decorations and furniture. It contains sufficient food to serve a three course meal for up to 10 people. A single serving person attends all who enter, a disguised fey who is friendly but gruff. You decide the visual appearance of this servant, but their clothing and demeanor is always of the working class. They are completely obedient to your orders, to a point. They can perform any task a normal human servant could perform, but they can't attack or take any action that would directly harm another creature. Thus they can fetch things, clean, mend, fold clothes, light fires, serve food, pour wine, and so on. The servant can go anywhere in the mansion but can't leave it. Furnishings and other objects created by this spell dissipate into smoke if removed from the cottage. When the spell ends, any creatures inside the cottage are expelled into the open spaces nearest to the entrance.
