While you are touching the creature, you may act as though you have the chosen racial trait. If at any point contact with the target is broken this spell must be recast, you regain this effect.
-While this spell is active you may choose to sacrifice hp to retain the trait for an extended time. 5Hp per turn for a non-damage, resistance, or AC related traits, or 10HP per turn for a damage, resistance, or AC related trait.
