Your hands are wreathed in explosively loud flames. For the duration, your hands shed bright light out to a radius of 15 feet and dim light out to another 15 feet. These flames can be heard 300 feet away. When you cast this spell, each other creature within 10 feet of you must make a Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 3d8 thunder damage on a failed save and is deafened for the duration. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the condition. A creature that succeeds on its saving throw takes half as much damage and isn’t deafened.
As an action, you can send a bolt of roaring flame from your hands at a creature you can see within 30 feet of you. Make a ranged spell attack against that creature. On a hit, that creature takes 2d8 fire damage. Hit or miss, each creature within 5 feet of the target (including the target) takes 1d8 thunder damage.
The spell ends if you cast another spell, unless that spell is of the evocation school of magic.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a slot of 5th level or higher, the initial thunder damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level beyond 4th.
