Many ones need tools but some rarely have the occasion to purchase them. This spell changes it all for it is able to alter the physical form and/or composure of anything that isn't bigger than 2 feet.
It can go from a droplet of water to man made objects. It's uses are as follows:
-The material targeted can be transformed into an object in wich the caster is proficient with
-The targeted material can also be changed of scale, either reducing it or enlarging it, it cannot be enlarged to more than 6 feet
-The spell cannot work on enchanted object (except if the DM say so)
-If the character is at 9th level or higher the spell gains new abilities such as working with materials that are up to 4 feet and gaining a longer duration (4 hours instead of 2)
-If the spell is used on the same material 2 times everyday for consecutive 5 days, the duration of the spell becomes infinite on the chosen material
